Through fast-paced weekend workshops, The Lean Lab teaches educators, students, parents, community leaders, and early-stage entrepreneurs about human-centered design, design thinking, lean methodologies, and entrepreneurship!
Who Should Attend?: Lean Lab Innovation Workshops are most ideal for:
- Educators and School Leaders who want to learn design-thinking, innovation processes and cultivate environments that foster creativity and entrepreneurial mindsets in their classrooms and schools
- Aspiring Entrepreneurs with ideas that address critical problems in the education sector AND
- Pilot-stage Entrepreneurs who want to take their current education startups to the next level.
What Will I Learn?: We'll walk you through the design thinking processes developed and refined at the renowned Stanford D School. You'll work to refine your idea using the famed lean startup methodologies first developed by Eric Ries and taught at Harvard. You'll participate in exercises that will help you identify your target user/customer, and design, build and test an initial prototype.
