Hetal Thukral, Ph.D.
Dr. Hetal Thukral has over 25 years experience in education research—both internationally and in the US. She has expertise in quantitative methodologies including multivariate and hierarchical linear models and translating research to practice for classroom, school and district-level stakeholders. She was previously the Evidence and Learning Lead at USAID's Center for Education and an alumni of the Strategic Data Project at Harvard University.
