Jenn Spurlin
Jenn Spurlin is an operations and executive support leader with 15 years of experience optimizing systems, logistics, and organizational performance.
A graduate of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, she began her career managing large-scale events nationwide, building a foundation in complex operational planning. In Jacksonville, she joined Teach For America as Executive Assistant and Operations Coordinator, where she strengthened systems, executed major events, and served as a strategic partner to the Executive Director.
Jenn later joined OneGoal, progressing to Director of Operations in the Office of the President and then Chief of Staff to the COO. She led communications, project management, and legal operations, and designed a shared executive support model that significantly improved organizational efficiency.
Today, as founder of Redbird Solutions LLC, Jenn helps leaders and teams excel by creating the systems and structures that enable them to focus on high-impact work.
Outside of work, Jenn enjoys a busy life with her husband and their three boys that includes running, a lot of Disney, relaxing at the beach, and drinking coffee to keep up with it all.
